The newest addition!!! A baby colt was born while we were in Florida!!!! We are thinking about calling him Orlando :)

Yesterday was Brett's birthday! Happy Birthday to the best DAD & HUSBAND! We love you!!

Last week we went to Disney World! We had such a great time. We left the babies with my mom and took Brooke and Tucker with us! 2 kids are so easy after you are used to 4 :)

Well 3 months later here we are!! This post has only taken me three days to complete, I just work on it when I have a few seconds!! The babies are growing like crazy and I am just trying to enjoy it all. They just grow up way to fast:( My new sister-in-law Kassie took some family pictures for us on sunday! It was getting alittle dark, and we couldn't get all 4 children to look in the same direction but other than that I think they turned out pretty good :) Thanks Kass!!

Well I am finally posting the arival of the newest family members!!! I am a little late in doing so but I think that is going to be the story of my life for the next little while:) They were born June 5th just before noon. Daisy was the first and she weighed 6lbs 7oz & was 19 in long. 6 min later Dan Colter was born weighing 7lbs 8oz & 20 1/2 in long!!! Not to bad for being 4 weeks early:) The babies were perfectly fine. . . me on the other hand had just a few problems! My pelvic bone was broken during delivery which has made for a very long recovery:( I was so looking forward to feeling good and having my body back but I can tell its just going to take longer than I had planned! Oh well I am just so grateful to have 2 beautiful babies that are here and very healthy!

We left the hospital on monday and came to stay with my mom because I can hardly walk and I get light headed and almost pass-out:( After a few crazy nights my mom and dad ordered these swings for the babies! They have been such a lifesaver! And they are so cute:) Thanks Mom & Dad we will use these a lot!

They will be 2 weeks old tomorrow I can't believe how fast the time goes bye. We are still at my mom's house letting her take care of us:) I am slowly getting better and hopfully it won't be to much longer and I will be good as new!! And maybe someday I will post some more pictures:) Thanks to everyone who has helped us get through this pregnancy it hasn't been easy but it was totally worth it all!

We had a really busy week last week!!! Brett's Grandma Jensen passed-away so monday we had her funeral. She was such a great woman and will be missed but I guess when your almost 97 I think you've but your time in! After that we moved on to the wedding plans! My little sister Rachel married Jake Jolly on saturday, so wednesday family started comming into town:) It was so fun to get to see everyone. Saturday was such a beautiful day and we are so excited to have Jake in the family:)

These are my sweet little children waking up to easter 2 days late!!!! OOPS!!! After all the wedding stuff I was just to tired so monday Brett bought them easter baskets and tuesday morning was Easter at our house!!!

Sunday afternoon was so nice. It was my mother-in-law's birthday so we spent the evening flying kites, taking pictures with the tractor & drill, and just having a great time!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUTH!!

Well sorry to keep you all waiting for so long since we have known for about 3 weeks:) oops! But the gender of the twins are . . . . Baby A (top pic) is a GIRL and baby B (bottom) is a BOY!!!! How much better does is get?? One of each I couldn't be happier!!!

Last saturday my parents wanted to take to kids sledding!!!! They had so much fun and it even turned out to be a nice day, I came home with a little bit of a sunburn:) Since I'm not much good for sledding I just sat a watched while Mom and Dad played with the kids. They are so lucky to have such great grandparents that live close by so we can go play lots and lots!!

Yes we went on another little trip with the kids!!!!! It's kind of turning into a Reynolds tradition! Some years the whole family goes and others its just however can make it! This year it was Dan, Ruth, Shawna, and our family. It was so nice to go see the sunshine and watch the kids have the time of their lives!!!

Happy 2009!!! I would say that one of my New Year resolutions would be to be a better blogger but than I think I would be lying:) Maybe someday!!!! We just had a little party for New Year's at my house. We played games, laughed, and ate until we couldn't walk!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! I hope everyone had a great Christmas because we sure did!! It's so fun when kids get a little older and they can get so into the spirit of things! Brooke didn't want to go to bed, she just thought she would wait for santa to come!!! It was so cute:)

I DON'T WANT TO GO HOME!!!! This is my family in the Mexico airport getting ready to leave after the funnest week ever!!! It was so much fun getting so see Coba, Eckbalaum, Chitinitza, swimming with the dolphins, going to wet & wild, snorkeling in the ocean, and going on the zip line. Oh and just staying at an amazing resort:) I would recomend staying at Moon Palace it was great!

Making chocolates is a tradition that we have done every since I can remember! Every year my Mom say's this is going to be the last year because there is so much work that goes into making them! But we do have a good time being together!!

My cousin got married in the Monticello Temple on the way there we stopped at Wilson's Arch and climbed to the top!!! Something that we did everytime we went past it as a child. It was fun to do and it brings back such fun childhood memories:)

Well this is for-real!!!! And yes you are seeing two babies:) We weren't going to tell quite so soon but when your having TWINS. . . Brett can't keep a secret! I am 10 weeks today and my due date is July 2, 2009 but I don't think I will make it quite that far! I think I have done pretty well all things considering. I have had to run to the toilet a few times and I've lost about 15 pounds so far but other than that everything is going well!!

Dan and Ruth are going to be quite the grandparents 5 grandkids in less than a year:) (My sister-in-law just had triplets and now twins!!!! I know what you are all thinking and yes it is totally crazy and was not planned at all but we are really happy:)

-After I recover from the shock of all this maybe I do another huge post with everything else that has been going on!

{1st Day Of Preschool}

I took Brooke in for preschool screening's this fall and what do ya know. . . She's to smart and so she didn't qualify:( There arn't really any other preschool options in this area so I wasn't sure what I was going to do??? But last week I got a phone call and they said that Brooke could come as a model student!!! Tomorrow is her 2nd day and so far she is loving it!!

The only problem is she likes to sleep in until about 9 or 10 every morning:) So when I woke her up at 7 she wasn't quite sure what to think!!

On saturday my family went to lagoon!! We had so much fun. It was such a nice day to be outside:) The had a lot of people walking around in their freaky costumes and I thought it might scare the kids but they loved it!!

Harvest has offically started! The grain is almost done are we are now digging potatoes. This is Tucker's favorite place to be is with his DaD!! He did however have to learn to like being with me because we Potty Trained him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has done so well both day and night! Yeah Tucker:) I love not having to buy diapers:) I will take more harvest pictures and post later!Brooke is so cute and is always wanting me to take pictures of her! I have enjoyed all the flowers that were on my deck this summer. . . and yes for those of you who know me really well I did keep them alive ALL summer long!

The cheer-leaders did a mini camp for homecoming. I put Brooke in and boy did she love it! Tucker even has the cheer down!?!?! I don't know if that's a good thing or not? Thanks Mary & Liz for helping us have a great week!

Yesterday Brooke thought we should have some friends over and have a water party!! I thought it was a great idea because it was actually warm and things are really starting to cool down around here:( All the kids got to play in the pool, go on the slip-in-slide (thanks Nat), play on the swing-set, and throw water ballons at each other!!! What a party:)!!

So there's this little place over in Driggs by the airport Warbirds Cafe. It looks like a normal food joint but inside there is a display of all sorts of cool plane's. The kids loved it and thought they should be able to ride in one!!

Last weekend Brett wanted to take me and the kids on a horse ride before he was in the harvest. Clarks and Hess' came with us!! It was a lot of fun. When we got there the kids (and Brett) played in the water, the guy's made us dinner while the lady-folk were picking some huckleberries. After we were done at the lake Brooke wanted to ride on Shaylon's horse instead of her own, so Tucker rode Trigger out instead:) The only problem was he was really, really tired. (no nap) I was leading his horse and Brett rode behind him just incase he fell asleep. He rode for a long time but when I turned around his eye's were rolling around and he was swaying back and forth. As soon as I stopped the horse Tucker just fell over the saddle horn on his horse (that's what you call one tired cowboy) He was mad when Brett made him ride with him. Oh well:)

So saturday we went to Aberdeen for a mud volleyball tournament!! I wasn't sure how much fun we were going to have at first, partly because I have never played volleyball in the mud before!!! However I was pleasantly supprised at how much fun it really was!!! There was a full on BBQ and the winning team got $1000.00! We gave it our best but didn't quite make it into the finals:) Steve said we are all going to have to practice so we're ready for next year!! Thanks Conan we had a GREAT time!!!

P.S. We are thinking of putting on a mud volleyball tournament here in ASHTON!!!! What do ya think?????

PLAY-PLAY-PLAY

So yesterday the kids wanted to go ride horses with Brett and he being the great dad that he is took them for a ride! I was outside hanging laundry on the deck when they came to see me! They were so cute-they are so lucky to have such a great dad that will take time to go play with them!

Then later in the day Brett and I went to the temple and Shawna watched the kids for us. I wasn't sure what they did while we were gone but after I looked through my cammera this morning I think I have a pretty good idea of what they were doing:) I'm not sure Brett will approve!!!

Brett was taking care of the hat a couple days ago when Tucker found his little loader in the big tractor! So as you can see he took it and found a little pile of dirt to play in. The adventure continued when we saw some of a rattle snake that got bailed up with the hay. It was kinda creepy:)

-SHEEP FALLS-
On tuesday there was a big group of us girls that took off on an adventure to find sheep falls!!! I think we all did really well all things considering-and we had a great time! It's so fun to have so many good friends to go do stuff with. Thanks everyone for a great time!! (Natalie it was a great idea!)

The 24th of July Parade!!! We love it and go every year. Tucker's favorite part was the airplane's that kept flying over. I just thought the picture of Brooke & Tucker sitting by each other waiting for the parade to come was so cute! (maybe that's because they never hold still?) Anyway we had a great time there and at the roedo that night!

BLINDS & FISHING

Two days ago I came home to find a great supprise the blind man had been to my house and installed my new blinds!!! It is so nice to have something on those big windows and not feel like everyone can see everything that's going on inside at night!!! I Love Them!!

A few nights ago Brett thought we should all go fishing with him and being the fishing expert that I am I thought it was a great idea:) We had a great time Brooke caught her 1st fish and wanted to take it home and hang it on the wall next to the bear but. . . I said NO!! I think 1 bear is more than enough wild life on the wall so we let the fish go. We had to keep an eye on Tucker with his fishing pole. He kept throwing that thing around he somehow managed to catch me twice. That was probally the best catch he made all night:)!

NO worries Megan I cleaned the smuge off my cammera so the pictures should start looking better!! Thanks for the tip!

Where has July gone???

Yesterday was the day to move the cows on the range! We took lunch up to feed the guys and see how things were comming along. Brooke & Tucker love the animals and riding the horses like crazy! (They did not get this from their mother:) Tucker got to ride with Brett for a while and was so mad when I loaded him back in the truck! OH WELL!! Brooke is such a big girl that she got to ride her horse Fox all by herself. . . YIKES!?!?! We had so much fun and then it started raining and well let's just say we came home soaking wet and cold!

Now that is one tired Cowboy!!
After we finished with the 4th we took off to the POPE family reunion @ Downata Hot Springs. We had so much fun. It's so good to see the whole family when they live so far away!!

I guess I will try and play catch-up!! This month has gone by so fast! We had so much fun on the 4th of July. We started the day with our "Famous" Ashton parade!! My kids just loved it! After the parade we went over to Uncle Dee's and had a fantastic cook-out and then we headed down to Idaho Falls for the huge firework show! My dad haul's in 2 big flat bed trailors so we can go hang-out, talk, eat, and just have a great time!!! Thanks soooooooo much dad it was another great year!!

My friend Kayde has tried to get me to go get a pedicure with her everytime she comes over for a visit but, something usually comes up and we are not able to go :( However this time we put it on the priority list!!! My sister Rachel came with us and we had a great time! Kayde's husband Casey was sooooo sweet and even watched the kids for us-Thanks Casey!!!!

After we were done pampering ourselves we took the kids to the water-park. They played until they were freezing then we rode the carousel, played in the park and finished the day off with a stop at Cold Stone for a little ice cream treat:)
YES!!! The girls have matching swimsuits! I live in Idaho and she lives in Oregon and we still end up buying the same things for our girls!

Yesterday Brett & Jordan Marsden were asked to speak in the Park (West Yellowstone). One of the meetings were outside and the other was in a gym. The outside meeting was kind of interesting. It was hard to get the kids to sit still, they wanted to run and play. While I was sitting there a mosquito flew in front of me so I reached out to kill it and made a clapping noise with my hands so then Tucker started clapping right in the middle of church! oops!! YES!!! That is snow that the kids are playing in!! And there was a lot more the higher up you got.

Friday night my sister Rachel and some of her friends wanted to go camping and they wanted Brett to take them somewhere fun!!!! So we went along for the ride. The Ashton area is so pretty we are so lucky to be able to live in such a beautiful part of the world! We had a great time other than the fact that the mosquitoes were so thick you could almost catch them by the handful!

I know I am a little late with these Father's Day posts but, you know what they say better late than never!! The kids were so excited to give Brett his new fishing pole and gear. Brett is the best father that I could have ever picked to be the father of my children! Thanks for everything! Thanks Dad for being the best Dad ever! I LOVE YOU!

Yesterday Brett and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary! I don't know that I was that fun I just wanted to sleep. After being gone to camp all week and staying up until 1:30 or later every morning laughing and playing games until I was crying I was pretty tired. It's crazy how fast the time has gone bye. We have had a GREAT 6 years together and I hope for many, many more. Thanks for everything Brett - I LOVE YOU-

Girls Camp!!

This has been quite the week! I left on Tuesday for girl's camp. While we were up there we had rain, hail, and snow! Needless to say it was really cold. Our theme this year was Daughters of a King. Each ward was a different Princess-we were Sleeping Beauty (Aurora). Kirstyn was my camp assistant and Hailey was just a trooper and came to camp and helped me out like crazy! We thought since there were 3 of us and there were 3 fairies that we should each be one! We had such a great time. The girls were so great this year and were so willing to help out and get things done. It makes it all worth it when you have good girls to work with!

Happy Birthday Tucker!

I can't believe that my baby turned 2 yesterday!!! Where has the time gone? Brooke was so excieted that it was Tucker's birthday she woke up at 6:00 and had 'Tucker awake by 6:30. I know that some of you are thinking this is normal. . . not for my children they usually get up around 9:00. That's why they both look so tired eating birthday breakfast!!! Tucker had a really hard time leaving his tractor on the cake! I had to hide it on top of the piano.
We are ready for church & don't we look sweet???

This is Tucker's cousin Jebb who is 3 weeks older. It is so fun to have to have friends to play with. They wouldn't look up so I told them there was a BEAR comming. That's why they look scared!! OOPS!

Working With DAD

Tucker loves going to work with his dad EVERY day. We usually change his clothes 2-3 times a day. Today he was with Brett and he found a mud puddle and he thought it would be fun to play in. Afterwards he was covered in mud. So he got to take a bath-his next favorite thing! Oh Well!

PRESCHOOL

This year Natalie Reynolds and myself thought we would go on an adventure. . . . so we started a Preschool. It was so fun to get to see these children learn and grow. I never thought I would say it but I already miss them!! Brooke got up yesterday and wanted to go to school. She was so so sad that we were done for the year. However she soon forgot about it when I reminded her that the Ashton pool would be opening soon! We can't wait for summer and hopefully lots of sunshine.

I have a lot of friends and family that have amazing blogs and I really enjoy checking them out!! After a lot of talking my friends have talked me into this. . . Hopefully I figure out how to run this thing. If anyone has a suggestion let me know. I need all the help I can get!!
